Exercise won't help you to lose weight, but it is a good idea for you to build some muscle. That will help you a little in the long run with your metabolism. Good luck 🍀

The combination of limited calories and exercise seems to be working for me. But exercise needs to include some cardio, I am aiming for 30-36 minutes of running 3-4 times a week, and Pilates 3-4 times a week.

Combination of eating healthy but in a defecit and using exercise (cardio) to speed up the process. Adding some weight training also helps.

For me I have been seeing good results with 30min a day of jogging. For me exercise is a must! I definitely lose quicker if I exercise..diet alone isn't enough for me.

I worked on getting my eating habits right first. Then later on, like a month or three in I started working for 10k steps and 30 min of getting my heart rate up (which could be anything from a family walk to time on the elliptical or a YouTube video) then I went through a stressful period where I got 5k steps and mostly had to sit and I am still not back to pre stress activity levels but I have still lost weight by just keeping to my calories (1400kcal and now 1700-1800 during the colder winter months) have lost over 15 kg's since starting on 3 Jan 2022
