Moving along nicely. I have to re-enter foods from yesterday because for some reason dinner and snacks disappeared! Oh well, now a test for the old memory! Today I will begin entering my foods into a spiral notebook as a back up in case it happens again. :D

That's a nice drop! Too bad about having to reenter foods. I keep track of mine elsewhere, because I want to track more than the system here can handle, but I sometimes use a spreadsheet also. I tried the app that came on my phone, but it won't let me enter future days....I like being able to plan out in advance. Anyway, good going....you're doing great.
