As I explore this site, I find more that I like about it. For example I can print a report of my Food Diary for either a day, a week, or a month. I had a bit of difficulty with the excel but the pdf file was fine. I will put it into a binder and keep track of things as well as use it to look back and see how I changed my eating habits.

I spoke with an RN through my company's health insurance plan and I explained to her what I was doing to lose weight. She was happy to hear that I was losing weight but then gave me a "generalized" diet she thought I should follow. I respect her opinion but, in MY humble opinion only; I don't believe you can generalize something like this. Each person processes different foods differently. Whereas one person can include say a cup of rice and have the body process it, there are those like me, who have a HECK of a time losing weight by including it. I say, if it works for YOU then its the right diet...so long as you are not harming yourself in any way.

Now I will get down off of my "soap box". :)

I agree, I am having more success with FS and doing my "own thing" than I did with WW, Jenny, Atkins or anything else I've ever tried.
