Huge non-scale victory today.

Went to my scheduled yearly doctor appointment, and it was decided to remove one of my blood pressure medications. My blood pressure was running on the lower side. I have cleaned up my diet a lot these past several months and I'm eating foods that are plant-based and minimally processed. I think my BP had decreased due to the massive reduction in my salt intake! I am thrilled.

Congrats on ditching a med! 👍🏻🩺💚 Plant Based definitely works (my current project is lowering my cholesterol with a WFPB diet). Lowering your BP can also happen with losing weight and exercising, so keep up the great work!
