-other fish (tilapia, whiting, shrimp)
-romaine lettuce (for salads)
-green & red peppers
-asparagus
-onions
-tomatoes
-cucumbers
-celery
-fat free/low fat jello
-fat free/low fat yogurt
-fat free/low fat cheese (string cheese, Babybels, Laughing Cow)
-nuts (usually almonds, sometimes peanuts)
