I did great yesterday until I had too much milk for snack, which put me a couple of points over.I'm not stressing about it thought. For dinner I had roasted red pepper and tomato soup with grilled cheese. 5 points total. Not bad. Then I had fruit for a snack and later some milk since I had a point left.
This week I am mainly focusing on being on point. Next week I will add the 8hg and try to get them all in.
Breakfast was a slimfast shake on the way to work. 4 points though. Not worth it. I am going to find some other lower point shakes.
