@all: dada ayam panggang tanpa kulit. Tiap 150gr Itu protein 50gr. Lalu whey 1.5scoop 42gr. Rata2 konsumsiku gt aja. Whey tiap habis WO. Lainya cm dada ayam aja di grill 😬 sama ada putih telor 4. Kalori terbesar cm dr muesli. Tp muesli penting buat serat.
