Progress so far. It's almost a month since I celebrated my 90kg milestone. Now I'm only 0.4kg(1 lb) away from my 85. I consider it a success and celebrated a little. No time for prolong celebration tho. Will aim for a new 80kg milestone next. Bar raised.

Thanks sk.17. It went up at one point but luckily I quickly took action. That's when I turn to low carbs. The first week it plunged so deep, made me decide to continue with it till now.

Well done ginome👍👍 Everybody is different so pay attention to details & what works for you is super important! Finally ups & downs - normal fluctuations - are a part of the process so don’t get stressed on up days as long as longer term trend is down. Best of luck on your journey!!
