Fadhia : porsi makan bsa di scroll jurnal aja ya ka, porsi makan ku masih banyak cuma rata2 bukan yang bergoreng banyak minyak🙏 Boleh aja makan bergoreng banyak sesekali jadi 70% makan buat tubuh 30% makan soulfood lah gt ka 🙏 olahraga nya weight training pake dumbell + aerobik
