It’s a hard thing to go through, my great grandad was the same and it was extremely hard to see him become someone I didn’t recognise. Don’t worry about the weight loss, focus on your mental health first. There’s a lot of support out there, you’re not on your own x 

Concentrate on coping with what u need to deal with at the moment I can share somethings I’ve learned to deal with weight issue while under pressure 

What makes it harder I lost my dad to same thing x 

I totally understand this it’s like a reminder of what happened with ur dad xx life is life we have to get on with it xx 

Give yourself some time weight loss can wait this is obviously traumatic for you to deal with sticking to a diet requires a certain amount of effort and dedication which at he moment you may not have the brain space for. I wish you well x

Maybe just focus on eating healthy and staying active, like going on walks to let your mind unwind. Take care and good luck. 

Spent some time with mum today nearly broke my heart but she was in good spirits they trying her on some medication soon
