Ada yg tanya, makan di kalori brp? Aq di 1200 - 1500kal, dgn TDEE 1800 - 2000kal. Olahraga tiap hari 30mnt; kombinasi HIIT - Weight Lifting - Yoga. Menurut saya lbh ke arah food comp yg mesti diperhatikan ya... Sudah ada yg lihat food comp kah disini?
