I’ve been struggling with sleep too. Even melatonin last night didn’t give me more than one sleep cycle. I’m going to cut back on caffeine.

Thanks for the luck, hopefully I don't have to cut out caffeine I only have two cups in the morning. I used to drink it constantly througout the day when I was younger.
