I challenged my best friend who lives many many miles away from me to see who could lose 2 lbs by Sunday, we are both trying to shed a few, and both of us are sitting at the 1.3-1.7 loss a week. We have to do it "healthy" though. No drastically cutting calories. Just do an extra mile to see if that will push that extra .5 of a lb off :) Having an interesting day at work, and looking forward to just heading home. After this meeting things should get into more of a routine now. I am the ONLY programmer thus far for a company that's growing so fast we cannot keep up. Things get a little hairy sometimes. My main point today was look we work in a motorcycle shop...it SHOULD be fun no matter how busy we are. We have gone from 4 staff when i started to 15 in less than a year. I work in a tiny office upstairs and some days I do not see anyone. I also mentioned I need a bit more communication for me to do my job efficiently. Hoping that a little less stress during the week, will help more in this HUGE journey that I have undertaken. I started at 303.5 I am now 290.6. I have a LONG way to go. ON a bodily note...I am so bloated today...I cannot eat all of my lunch, and my stomach feels like its touching the wall on the other side of my desk. Time to water it up tonight. I think its the new amount of protein.
