Day 2 of 10 of juice reboot. I was able get all the juice in but I still strayed from the actual diet. I need to cut down on my snacking.
124.5 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 33.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
