Day 2 of ATkins and I am really craving sugar! I guess I didnt realize I ate so much of it. The urge to just grab something from the fridge or the cupboard is almost overwhelming. I think its more of a habit than true hunger. Trying to increase my water consumption and get new ideas for safe snacks. I did stop and get my Tuesday morning Latte today but had a sugar free breve instead of my usual Iced raspberry white mocha. Hopefully it will only get better.
