Yesterday was a great day, and it actually shows on the scale! This is a good motivation to keep my focus over the weekend. They are always the hardest for cravings. I'm going to start something new, were my main focus is the weekends, eating healthy, and fat burning exercises. I'm calling them "Super Charged Weekends". In the past when I do extra good on the weekends it made it so much easier during the week. Wish me Luck :) Join me, and good luck to you too:)
