Another heat wave in Michigan and I work in a building with no air. It’s always about 10-20 degrees hotter inside than outside and it literally kicks my butt. Yesterday I was so tired I could barely keep my eyes open until dinner time smh today will be worse

My daughter just moved from Dallas ,Texas ti Muskegon, Michigan and everyday she comments on how much cooler it is.. all in the perspective. About 106 in Dallas all week.

The difference is hot states like Dallas all have good air-conditioning, so at least indoors you can escape it. I can't imagine dealing with Summer heat without Air anymore. I live in Georgia.

The issue with no air at work when I get home I have no energy. I need to get my walks in but the heat kicks my butt lol

Yeah, it's hard to walk outside when it's too hot. I commented to Hubby a couple of days ago when we returned from our afternoon walk & walked into the cool air conditioned house, "That's the nice thing about walking on the treadmill at the gym...it's always cool".

That's rough! Air conditioning is required where I live. It's 108 right now..next couple days it could hit 111.🥵🔥🔥

Hot here in Tucson Arizona. We've been hanging in between 100 and 115 degrees. With an evaporative cooler too small for the house. Today, it zapped me, so I took a nap. And lots oh chilled water, too.
