昨天下午3點斷食到現在持續中~一切都很peace就是很無聊🥱喝個茶打發用餐時間🤣等到回家吃晚餐應該要斷27小時了🤨

成功斷食27小時,晚餐:三媽南瓜鍋(沒吃火鍋料跟冬粉,多吃一塊臭豆腐,3/1碗湯泡飯)+兩匙蛋白飲+1克黑芝麻粉+五顆綜合堅果+半片牛舌餅(約100卡)+營養穀物棒87卡
