I let my scale batteries die and chose not to replace them for a few weeks because I’m tired of the constant obsession over my weight; however, I got motivated to give WW another try. So I downloaded the app, replaced my batteries and I’m ready to give it another try. New goal: 190 and maintain. I’m pretty shocked that my weight didn’t jump to 210 while on my hiatus, but I have been walking twice per week with my broker focus group and I stopped D8 which I hypothesize was screwing with my chemistry. Let’s see what unlimited chicken, eggs, beans, veggies and fruit with 20 points per day towards bread and other non-zero point foods go for the next few months. Also, only one week until my plastic surgery consultation.
