早早吃斷食前的晚餐:櫛瓜金針菇紅蘿蔔烘蛋
蔬菜料太多用了4顆蛋支撐🤣蛋白質約28克
驚險的翻蛋還算成功完整,
今天一整天吃了6顆蛋,好像有點過量了😅
