Hi everyone. Happy Friday. I just wanted to share. Last year December I went shopping for a dress for Christmas and I was so excited that Woolworths had a wide range of dresses. Very pretty dresses. So I chose alot and went to try them on in the change room. From my multiple lots of dresses that I tried on only 2 fitted and I deliberately took bigger sizes to try on. I felt so bad about how out of shape I was but this year is going to be different. I know I'll be spoilt for choice and I can't wait. I'm starting to fit in my old clothes again and it feels great. I feel confident after so long. The scale might not be moving but I'm definitely seeing changes in my body
