WTH? I understood when I didnt see movement on the scale Monday. But, if all the calorie burning and calorie counts are correct, I should show at least a 1lbs. loss-- even if it is just water wieght.
I have been totally honest about what I have input, and I have worked out 4 times this week-- intensely I might add. ( Well, intense for me anyway) I am not really doing any weight training, so I feel I wouldn't have gained muscle. I am mainly doing cardio at the moment. WHAT GIVES?
