Total blowout over the weekend but how much can you gain in two days? Maybe 1.5 pounds at the very worst. Back on it today but I won’t be getting on the scale for a couple days. Just wish I hadn’t had my cheat day already last week but as long as I’m back on track today no long term harm done.
