Another day down, today marks day 50 of intermittent fasting, I only eat lunch and dinner aiming for under 1500 calories a day, today I had 1133 calories, around 33% of my RDI. I also managed to achieve about 35 of relatively fast paced walking, I was puffing but kept going, desire breeds dedication, i understand i have a lot of a journey to go, so one day at a time.
My fasting regime is eat lunch at 12noon, then eat tea at 5pm, then fast till 12pm the next day, i also are eating super clean but not perfect, i eat chiko rolls, dim sims etc but all air fried and in moderation.
