Day 56 which marks 8 weeks on my 19/5 fasting, I mucked up last night I forgot to weigh my corned beef, I weighed or measured everything else, but I cooked it for five hours and I forgot, I had to estimate and I feel I over estimated but that's fine, but every thing else is progressing slowly but surely, defiantly heading in the right direction, and I keep telling myself all good things come to those who wait. Looking forward to the new me huffy2.0
