I didn't drink a single soda yesterday. It was HARD! I ate more to cope. Oh well, one thing at a time, right?
I have to stop giving myself permission to have "a little," which turns into 3 at work and 2 twelve packs at home that I didn't ask for but gladly drank.
Today will be harder. We always go get fast food on Saturday, before or after we go to the library. It's usually Chick-fil-A, which is my favorite place to get a Diet Dr. Pepper. But you know what I want more? To be 199 before I fly to Florida on the 25th. I think it's possible if I work at it!
