My weekly mischief with mr. nuts and mr beans. They are such a comfort to "have". Drinking carbonated electrolytes, zero sugar. 900 cals, 34 net carbs. Bad bad. I'm bloated. Maybe omad again today.

Thanks BB🌻. I did compensate by doing omad, and extra steps after that. It's just something I set for myself like a breather after a weigh in before I'm back at it again.😅
