was hoping for a bit more lost (as usual!) but tried a couple of new resistance exercises this week and have had reallysore muscles,or ive done some damage!, so im hoping that im holding some water at mo for the muscles!!!i know..its a wishful hope! however i have been exercising well daily and food been within points all week soooo...anyway hope my buddies have had a great week.xx
