I have been slacking off on my workouts. I had been doing strength training. I lift 5lb dumbbells. I'm not happy that my strength is very weak right now. But I am trying to get better.

5 pounds is better than 3 pounds lol But I understand I feel very weak and it’s frustrating sometimes. Keep going you’re doing great

It takes time. Just keep lifting and you'll keep getting stronger.
