Good morning everyone. So last night I tried on some old clothes which were tight on me and at the back of my wardrobe and too my shock they fitted me. Some even fitted me loose. I'm so excited. I wanted to shop in my own wardrobe for so long. I can't believe it. The scale is not going down but I'm seeing good changes in the my body. Keep going
