Back finally doesn't hurt after 1 month. Dr. says I must lose 20 lbs. Each 1 lb of weight carried on stomach is 15 lb pressure on back. 10 lbs of belly flab feels like carrying 150 lbs extra on your back. 20 = 300 lbs! No wonder my back is prone to strain.

Wow! Sure didn't know that. I carry my weight in my stomach, too. That definitely gives me something to think about when I'm hating my crunches!
