決心要開始繼續減肥了哭哭🥹

喝水:500……..太少

早餐:黑咖啡、水煮蛋2顆
午餐:黑木耳杏鮑菇香菇、松阪豬肉、金仙排骨、滷肉飯
晚餐:兩顆達克瓦茲、幾塊木瓜
點心:海鹽奶油捲、星巴克美式咖啡、金門芋泥餅

運動:無
