On March 31st, 2011 I decided to not eat anything containing cholesterol anymore (That's all meat including fish and seafood, dairy products and eggs). I didn't tell anyone because I really didn't want to hear any slack about it. Because of my new found diet I find myself not suffering from things I use to suffer from, my skin is clearing up some and I'm more regular than ever! (TMI? Yeah, I know =oP) I thought I was going to be hard but it wasn't. I researched some fun and easy ways to prepare chili, soup, burgers, pastas, and pizzas. I tell you, there are tons of recipes out there. In a few weeks I will try to make a pizza cholesterol free!

One thing I know is becoming a vegetarian has become the 2nd best thing in my life! God Bless!
