Well I did booty bootcamp lastnight. I haven't participated in a bootcamp for over a yr now. Man did I ever get my ass handed to me. Stairs and sitting are definately a challenge today! I must say I did enjoy it immensely. It is nice being pushed by others. I really needed to dig deep to do some of what was asked of me, I hated doing it but in the end I am so happy I did it! I am hoping they will put on more bootcamps for us as this was done as an intro to a group of us challenging eachother to lose 8% of our body weight. I have to lose 18.8lbs and I know I can do it! Might not be first but it will come off! I am in a good mind set and happy to be here!
