Cuma paha ayam di marinasi sm 1 sndk saus barberque,1 sendk saus tiram,1 sndk saus sambel, lada. Diemin 1 jam di kulkas trus panggang di teflon api kecil aja sampe bener2 mateng. Rebus sayuran
Buat saus nya bikin lagi dri saus yg sama kaya buat marinasi ayam, dikasi air sedikit masak sampe mateng, siram di atas ayam nya.
