Hello everyone. I've just joined and started the 5:2 diet on Monday. Feeling so good. Started at 159 and today 156. Put 22 pounds on during lockdowns and determined to lose 22 in 22! Hoping this app will help. 🤞

Thank you everyone. So kind. I keep trying to follow you all but i keep getting a message saying you cannot follow any more users atm and yet i have less than 10. Am i doing something wrong??
