Appears I put on muscle weight. I'm doubtful it's fat because I've been doing a lot of cardio and still been eating healthy. I'm actually beginning to think this stop/go/fluctuation I'm having is my body putting on muscle due to the amount of weight training I am doing.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.9 kg a Week
