Fourth of July went well...enjoyed some chicken kebobs, and strawberries with lite whipped topping. My goal this first week has been to stay under 1800 calories per day, and I've found myself at around 1600 calories most days. Yesterday I actually had to rework my menu a few times because I wasn't consuming enough calories and wanted it to fall in the 1500-1600 range. This first week has been relatively easy. Now to find a way to get more exercise going. Tomorrow is weigh in.
