Day 72 of IF and last night i ate to much, friend got a souvlaki and chips, i partook in the chips, to much but i was still only half way of my RDI, so my new plan is to three opti slim shakes then a dinner, so day one lunch shake, then dinner shake, day two lunch shake then dinner meal, all though I'm doing well, my disciplined waivered and it scared me, don't want old habits to creep in, hope this doesn't sound melodramatic, i just express myself and know my triggers, so take care and god bless, much love and respect, Dave
