我們身高體重差不多,你每天攝入這麽多卡路里,再用運動消耗熱量,增肌提高代謝的決心可想而知,真心佩服

我做168和不吃糖或少殿粉,2次加工食物,其實不用算卡路里,我每天走樓梯12階或3不5時會爬樓梯36階來回ㄧ次因為要拿包裹😂
