Another day dawns and I'm still smiling, accepting of the challenge that confronts me and making no excuses, just looking at the results, I've been intermittent fasting for about 74 days, just lunch and dinner been averaging about 1400 calories a day, my RDI is 3600 Calories so im well under, just need to exercise more, I'm aiming for at least 30mins a day, two 15 minute walks with the dog, plus other tasks.

My meals are a constant theme, shake for lunch, opti slim, or sometimes I stumble, but I'm not being to hard on my self, in the past I would just stopped and not resume, well id resume eating bad and give up, I normally last about 6 weeks but I'm proud to say its now 12 weeks and I'm feeling fabulous, although looking flabulous...

Anyway lesson learnt is just keep going, get comfortable with being uncomfortable, this journey is a marathon not a sprint.
