I have managed to stay consistent all week…but tomorrow is Friday and that means date night, night out..hope I can stop myself from ordering something super caloric….but Fridays will be my cheat day, I also had them when I dieted some tears ago and it worked just fine. My husband takes me and Rambo, our dog, for nightly walks at the speed of light. I am so tired….but that helps sleeping a lot! Except for one day that I woke up in the middle of the night and was unable to fall sleep again, so the next day I was exhausted and was a very tiring day….oh gosh, I hope I can do this.
