Dear Self, day 78 of intermittent fasting and its truly a god send, eat lunch at 12pm, then dinner at 5pm, then fast for 19 hours, im feeling heaps better, sleeping so so much improved, averaging around 1200 to 1400 calories a day, still eating but making better choices, I'm still eating to many carbs but I aware and will make conscious effort, bread and uncle bens rice I love but to many carbs, so need to minimize these food items. I'm exercising every day as it all helps. Self esteem and confidence are on the up, I'm looking forward to Huffy 2.0, take care self, God bless

Looks like you are really making progress😊 Instead of giving up your bread and rice, have you considered eating a whole grain natural bread like Dave’s Killer Or the Ezekiel breads? You can replace your Uncle Ben’s white rice with the packages of prepared brown rice or brown rice/ancient grain mixtures? If you practice portion control, you should be able to eat them.
