Have been sick last week and haven't been able to exersize. Hit my calorie goals the last three days and had about 2000kcals today, because I felt like having something sweet :) Kickboxing class later. My goal for the next days is to burn more calories then I eat every day and to hit a lower calorie goal for three to four days and then have one day where I eat 1800-2000kcals :) This should prevent cravings or binge eating.
