Down a lb. from last week. Was hoping to see more, but a lb. is still great. Exercised 6 out of 7 days last week which is a HUGE thing for me. Water consumption wasn't so great this week, especially by the weekend. Hoping to keep the exercise and water drinking up and another loss next week. Have a great day everyone!
