My new scale is in place and programmed. I weighed 1/2 lb more on the new scale this morning than I did on the old one yesterday. Not too big a difference, I'll just have to work a little harder to negate it and get back on track. Calories were good yesterday, about 1500....cooked some chipotle turkey italian sausage in the crockpot with pasta sauce, and it tasted wonderful. I had one sausage, a small amount of brown rice, brocolli and a small salad for dinner...it really seemed like a lot of food, and only came to about 400 calories. Today I'm throwing chicken breasts and salsa in the crockpot, planning chicken tostados for dinner.

The crockpot is my salvation here. lol It allows me to plan ahead even if I have a lot to do during the day. When it comes dinner time, and I'm tired, the food is right there and ready...hard to make excuses or just give up and order pizza. I feel motivated today...want to exercise away some of this body fat the scale is taunting me with. lol

So chicken in the crockpot with salsa, hmmm....do you add water? I want to try that. Is it good, guess so or you wouldnt be doing it, lol. Maybe I can try that tomorrow. Message me on how to do it if you get a chance. Keep up the great work!
