Does anyone have some advise for me. I went overseas in July and gained 3kgs. I have been back in the gym 3 - 4 times a week. Reworked my diet so I am in a calorie deficit and yet the scale just will not budge.
I'm becoming very disappointed and no knowing what to try to try and break this non moving weight knowing that I'm putting in the effort and not seeing anything back to keep me motivated.

Maybe try measuring yourself to see the change weekly. If you have the right calorie deficit, the correct macros and you are training, you will see a drop. Consistency and correct measuring of food keeps me in line.
