I couldn't resist a little hop on the scales this morning, i have been good for the most part of this week (my first week), but i am a firm believer in 'a bit of what you fancy does you good' (only a bit!). I know that i need to reduce the scale peeking somewhat but needed a boost to see if all my exercising has done anything after just short of a week and was extremely pleased to discover that my weight has dropped by two pounds. i know its only two pounds, but its a start and it means whatever i am doing is working.
