Decided that I was finally going to do something to lose weight. After being internally sadden by a event at the lake where it took two people to launch me into the lake while sitting in a boat. I know that the scales at the Plasma Center can be off by 10 to 15 lbs, it still doesn't feel good to weigh in at 290. I am trying the slim-fast, fat burner diet. goal to lose 30 lbs by 7/20/11.

I can relate to your experience... I started at 250 and am 244 but keep going no matter how hard it is ... I am here for you, you can do this. Good Luck!!
