13% Body fat according to the inductance method.

Actually got a workout in yesterday, though performance was low.
Squat 175lbx10x3
Deadlift 135lbx12x3 (Normally I can do 205, just not right after squats)
Incline bench 135x12x3
Military press (45x12x3)
Bent over rows (45x12x2)
Reverse curl (45x12x2)
Incline pushups


Two days before I did triceps, dips and 100 pushups (40,20,20,20)
